Babel 2001

The Tate Modern gallery in London is truly an amazing place to visit.

This sculpture really caught my ear – and my eye.

It’s an aural soundscape of endless variation, and a visually stunning monolith.

A modern take on a biblical reference – if you’ve seen Brazilian artist Cildo Meireles’ work “Babel 2001” you’ll understand.

Here’s a quick video I shot in the gallery.

I hope you enjoy it.

Get in touch or send me a comment if you’ve seen another equally attention grabbing piece of art – I’d love to know.
